The environment in which we all live today is
unfortunately contaminated with a myriad of toxins. Toxic metals such as
mercury, lead, cadmium and arsenic are one class of dangerous substances
that we are exposed to on a daily basis.
These toxic metals enter our body via our air, food and
water. Many people have teeth filled with silver (amalgam) fillings
which contain mercury, nickel and other metals. Over time these toxic metals
are stored in the tissues of our bodies where they accumulate.
Each individual is exposed to different amounts of these
toxins and each person varies in their ability to eliminate them from their
bodies. There are few people that don't have significant levels or various
toxic metals stored in the tissues of their bodies.
